RUN:ZEN Module 3 - Opening Our Awareness

Module 3 sessions are open to anyone who has previously attended a Module 2 workshop or other events with RUN:ZEN.

What does Module 3 cover?

Building on the themes of foundation and focus and integrating body and mind from Modules 1 & 2, this workshop explores how we can broaden the focus of our awareness to embrace all sensory input.
