“Great experience and well designed content, delivered in a thoughtful and sensitive way.”

Here’s a selection of feedback from some of our half-day modules, one-day workshops and longer courses

“Brilliant! This brings a whole new dynamic to my running which will overflow into daily life.”

“Restored a sense of joy to my running. Feel now I can just run for the joy of it and not be constantly beating myself up for not performing / doing as well as I think I should be.”

“Great insight into mindful running this morning, really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back for Module 2.”

“I am very interested in connecting mind with body and this course provided an ideal opportunity to explore that interest. The experience of running with a different mindset and attitude was revealing.”

“Both Stuart and Cesare were excellent teachers. It was very informative and very enjoyable.”

“RUNZEN is more than just about running. It guides to experience the joy of movement and stop being judgemental towards yourself. Very liberating sensation. The course is well structured and the instructors clearly are passionate about what they do. I would recommend it to anyone who likes running, irrelevant of the level they are at.”

“I will be reflecting more on my habitual ways of thinking and how this affects my experience. I am going to continue to try to apply the skills we learnt to running and life in general.”

“I was looking forward to the day but I was a little apprehensive about the meditation, as I am generally uncomfortable losing another one of my senses, due to my single sided deafness. However by the time we did the second meditation I was feeling very relaxed with group and really enjoyed the process. The first time in a very long time that I have taken time to focus on my own health and well-being and it was very insightful. I feel that I have learnt techniques today that I will use not just in my running but in my everyday life.”

“I got so much out of today. I know I should be proud of my achievements and I also need to take more time to be kind to myself. I have also learnt how to improve my running form, by making some changes I can slowly work on getting myself back.”
