Discover what Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing could offer you and your life
Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW) is a unique blend of gentle movement with awareness, offering physical, mental and emotional benefits, and our free public events will provide you with the perfect introduction.
How fit do I need to be?
The beauty of the TMW sequence is that it can be done standing or seated, so it is easily adapted to suit all abilities.
If you have any concerns at all about whether TMW is suitable for you, please email Stuart McLeod at stuartmcleod05@gmail.com.
How do I book?
You can register a place by calling the Everyday Active Advice Centre on 01634 333720 but it’s fine too just to turn up without registering.
Taking the practice further
If you’d like to fully explore and practice the benefits of TMW then why not join one of our six week courses? Our next in-person course will be scheduled soon for autumn 2025.
