Between Heaven & Earth Qigong

The perfect way to support your health and wellbeing

Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW) is a unique blend of gentle movement with awareness, offering physical, mental and emotional benefits. Over the six weeks of the course, you will learn the 12-move TMW Flex Sequence and by the end be able to guide yourself through the whole practice.

How fit do I need to be?

The beauty of the TMW sequence is that it can be done standing or seated, so it is easily adapted to suit all abilities. When registering for the course, you will be asked to share details of any health conditions etc that we should be aware of.

If you have any concerns at all about whether TMW is suitable for you, please email Stuart at stuartmcleod05@gmail.com.

The benefits of the Between Heaven & Earth Qigong sequence

Mental & Physical Resilience: It sets up a stable, balanced energy pattern in the body to help practitioners cope with the stresses of daily life without being easily knocked off-balance.

Activation of the ‘Extraordinary Meridians’: it stimulates the body’s “ocean currents” of energy. This creates a stable and highly resilient energetic system.

Energy Renewal: The practice facilitates a connection to the energies of the earth and heaven. Allowing these environmental energies to flow through you purges stale energy and renews your personal reserves.

Strengthens the Energy Field: Building up a full and strong energy field creates a protective buffer, enabling you to interact more harmoniously with your surroundings.

Deep Relaxation: By combining movement, intention, and breath, the practice acts as a moving meditation that clears the mind.
