RUN:ZEN offers a range of mindful running workshops and events from half-days to residential retreats. We aim to ensure that our events are suitable for runners of all levels of fitness.

In addition to our mindful running offer, we also run events and courses teaching Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing.
